The Pros:Very little distortion at high volumes from any of the speakers. Highly simple set-up, out of the box, even compared to other HTIB systems. Highly affordable for a full 5.1 as well as disc player.
The Cons:Bass frequencies lack depth and power for this power rating. Only one HDMI output for a TV limits connectivity options. DVD player seems prone to mechanical and playback errors, higher frequency than many entry-level receivers.

Also included is a progressive scan single-disc DVD player, and the receiver features a USB Host Play port for easy USB connectivity with digital cameras, PDAs, MP3 players, or any other digital media device with USB.
