The Samsung HT-BD3252 is a mid-range 5.1 home theater system comprised of five speakers, a sub woofer, and a media hub complete with an optical drive. The system allows for surround sound while watching television, movies, or playing music or games; speakers are placed around a room and then are automatically calibrated for optimal performance based on the size and shape of the room with an included ASC system.

The included disc player is capable of playing blu-rays and dvds, with an upscale converter to bring standard definition video closer to full high definition resolutions. Additionally features outside of standard surround system offerings includes two HDMI inputs, wireless capabilities, a USB port, and internet connectivity for content downloads and displays such as YouTube and Netflix.
