Samsung HT-BD1200T

$529.00 Released January, 2011

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Excellent performance for a non-HiFi system - frequency levels are well-balanced and produce little to no distortion. Setup/installation is very simple - color-coded wiring system significantly minimizes confusion. Native Blu-Ray disc support provides a convenient alternative to co-ordinating an external player to a standalone audio setup - excellent for inexperienced users.

The Cons:Blu-Ray drive is seemingly slow/sluggish - disc boot-up may take as long as one minute in some cases. Gloss black aesthetic is highly-prone to dust collection - must be wiped down on a daily basis to maintain proper appearance. Many users report some missing assembly parts - screws/fasteners may need to be purchased from a local hardware store to ensure proper setup.

The Samsung HT-BD1200T Blu-Ray Home Theater System combines the high-definition performance of a Blu-ray entertainment system and the integrated personalization offered by services such Netflix (for streaming movies) and Pandora (for streaming music).
