RCA RTD258

$230.00 Released April, 2006

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Can set it up without reading the manual, fairly straight forward. Produces a lot of booming bass, great for parties. Upscales compressed video and audio files to look really good.

The Cons:If you stop a DVD it restarts at the beginning - no memory. Only has a single HDMI connection. Not audiophile quality by any means, uneven support throughout all ranges.

The RCA RTD258 is a 5.1 channel home theater system that is suitable for small to medium-sized rooms and is a step up from the RTD217.  The system is comprised of four satellite speakers, one center speaker, and a subwoofer which each provide 167-watts of power for a total system power of 1000 watts.
