Panasonic SC-PT665

The SC-PT665 is a mid-range DVD home theater system from Panasonic. The 5.1-channel, 1000W system is a step up from the SC-PT464, adding a five-disc changer, and featuring larger subwoofer and woofer components for a more pronounced lower range.

The SC-PT665 upconverts DVDs to 1080p via HDMI for enhanced picture quality on an HDTV, and features an integrated iPod dock for 5.1-channel music playback. A Smart Setup Guide aims to simplify the process of installing and calibrating a surround sound system. In addition to DVDs, the system plays CDs, VCDs, SVCDs, MP3s, WMAs, and JPEG photos. Thanks to VIERA Link, the system works automatically with Panasonic VIERA TV remote controls.
