The Panasonic SC-HT720 is an entry level all in one 5.1 surround sound home theater system offered by Panasonic. The package consists of a 5 disc DVD/CD player / recevier, a 150 watt subwoofer, two front 45 watt two-way speakers, two rear surround 45 watt one-way speakers and a 140 watt center speaker.

The speakers can be wall mounted with the built in wall mounting holes and nuts, and speakers are magnetically shielded. There are 4 subwoofer level options, which can be controlled via the included remote control. The DVD player/receiver can play nearly all disc formats including DVD, CD, DVD-Audio and writable discs, and has encoders for Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro Logic II and DTS Dolby surround sound. There is a component video out and three audio inputs for other devices, and there is also a built in AM/FM digital synthesizer tuner tuner. Other features include depth enhancer, dialogue enhancer, cinema mode and a universal remote control.
