Onkyo SKS-HT750

$400.00 Released April, 2004

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Fairly easy to mount - 1 bolt on the back. Very powerful subwoofer output, bass is clear. Mids and highs are consistently clear.

The Cons:Physically, the speakers are very big - not ideal for small spaces. Volume seems to top out a little lower than might be expected for these speakers' specs.

The Onkyo SKS-HT750 is a 7.1-channel home theater system engineered for working with DVD players and home-theater receivers. A step up from the SKS-HT540, the Onkyo SKS-HT750 features four surround speakers, two front satellites, one center, and a 10”, 230W subwoofer.

Where to Buy

All the speakers (front/center/surround) are 2-way with acoustic-suspension, and include a 3-1/8” midrange alongside a 1” tweeter. All together, the SKS-HT750 outputs 1000W over an ultra-wide 25Hz-150Hz frequency-range. Like its peer, the SKS-HT750’s subwoofer boasts only a single RCA line-level input, therefore requiring a receiver with either a subwoofer output jack or 'pre-output' jacks. The Onkyo SKS-HT750 home theater system retails for $399.99 and comes with a 2 year limited warranty.
