The DVD 38 DVD player upscales DVDs to 1080i or 720p for clear playback and supports +/- DVD-R, CD-R/RW, MP3, WMA, VCD, and JPEG formats. Harmon Kardon's HKTS 15 loudspeaker system includes 4 satellite speakers with 3" midranges, a dual-midrange center channel speaker with a 3/4" dome tweeter, and a 10" subwoofer with a built in 100 watt amplifier. The CP-55 system comes with wall mount brackets for the center channel and satellite speakers, a universal remote control and all the required cables for installation. Although they both include the same DVD player and speaker system, the CP-55 is a lower model than the CP-60 since it includes a less advanced A/V receiver.
