The Denon S-302 is a home theater sound system that eliminates much of the clutter typically associated with high-end systems. It features two mid range speakers and a compact subwoofer. They system uses what Denon calls "Audyssey Dynamic EQ, and Spatial EQ as well as Bass XT technologies" to give dynamic sound from such small speakers.

The S-302 also features the ability to decode Dolby Digital, DTS and Dolby Prologic II sound signals, and features a 1080p upscaling progressive scan DVD player with HDMI. It can connect to PC devices via an ethernet cable or wi-fi, allowing it to play AAC, WMA , MP3, FLAC and WAV, as well as JPEG; the system also has an optional Ipod dock accessory. It is also internet radio ready.
