Denon S-102

$999.00 Released August, 2007

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Build quality is above average for HTIB sets, sturdy casing on all components. Much easier to install than comparably price 5.1 systems. Powerful output and higher max volume than some cheaper 5.1 systems.

The Cons:Limited equalizer options, just three adjustment fields. Remote construction has bizarre layout and back panel breaks easily. Surround emulation does not really approach a proper 5.1 system, in terms of imaging.

The Denon S-102 is a home theater sound system that eliminates much of the clutter typically associated with high-end systems. It features two wireless speakers and a compact subwoofer. They system uses virtual surround sound to emulate proper surround speakers using only the two front ones.
